What is your returns policy?
- Any items purchased can be returned with 7 days of taking delivery.
- Items being returned must be delivered with 7 days of notifying us of the return.
- Items being returned should be sent to: Jill Tovey Art, 3 Pullman Court, Great Western Road, Gloucester, GL1 3ND.
- Customers must pay for returns, and it must be signed for on delivery postage and have adequate protection in terms of bubble wrap and packaging.
- If the return is due to damaged goods we will refund the cost of the return.
- A full refund will be given if the product is damaged and returned within the 7 day period. If the product is returned after the 7 day period and not damaged the company retain the right to offer a credit note.
What are your delivery terms?
- We aim to deliver as quickly as possible but during busy periods (Christmas and other general festive occasions) you should allow for up to 10 working days. If you have any concerns, please call 01452 348211.
